Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ridemyroot.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@ridemyroot.com. We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

Non-returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

Exchanges

Refunds

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. As a result, cancellations are subject to specific terms.

  • Cancellation before shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation after shipping: If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, with applicable return and shipping fees.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused upon delivery, you will be charged for all applicable fees, including restocking and cancellation fees.
