By visiting or using the RideMyRoot website, services, or mobile applications (collectively referred to as “the Service”), you, the user, agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices we may provide. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Please review them periodically. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you must have the legal authority to give consent for the minor to use the Service.

Section 2: Service Modifications and Limitations Modification of Service RideMyRoot reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may introduce new features or functionalities, and such updates will also be governed by these Terms.

Service Access We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. RideMyRoot is not liable for any service interruptions or outages, whether caused by technical issues or other factors.

Section 3: User Content and Conduct User-Generated Content You may post or upload content such as trip plans, community messages, or other materials to the Service. By submitting this content, you grant RideMyRoot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Prohibited Content You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property rights.
• Is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Contains malicious software or harmful code.
• Includes sexual, hateful, or violent content. Accounts posting such content will be blocked immediately.

Monitoring and Enforcement RideMyRoot reserves the right to monitor content posted to the platform and remove any materials that violate these Terms or our policies. However, we are not obligated to monitor or remove such content.

Section 4: Trip Management and CRM Services Trip Planning Tools RideMyRoot provides users with tools to plan trips, connect with communities, and manage travel logistics. These features are available as part of our CRM system to help users organize their trips and communicate with others.

Community Interactions Users can interact, share trip details, and connect with like-minded individuals within the platform. RideMyRoot is not responsible for the interactions between users but will take action if any user violates these Terms of Service.

Trip and Community Management If you use RideMyRoot’s CRM features to organize or manage trips or communities, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all trip data and communications. RideMyRoot is not liable for any discrepancies, damages, or issues arising from trip management or community operations.

Section 5: Payment, Subscription, and Pricing Payment Terms Some services on RideMyRoot require payment. Payments can be processed through our integrated payment gateway, which may include third-party services like Razorpay or other partners. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment provider.

Pricing and Subscription Prices for services may change over time. RideMyRoot reserves the right to adjust pricing, subscription models, and billing structures. You will be notified of any pricing changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific service terms. For more information on refunds or cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Subscription Changes If a user upgrades or downgrades their subscription plan, no refund will be initiated for the remaining balance days or vice versa.

Section 6: Third-Party Links and Services Third-Party Services RideMyRoot may include links or access to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You access these services at your own risk.

Third-Party Tools RideMyRoot may provide you with access to third-party tools, which are provided “as is” and without warranty. You agree to use these tools at your own discretion and risk.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability No Warranty RideMyRoot does not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or that it will function without errors. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall RideMyRoot or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Section 8: Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RideMyRoot and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of the rights of others.

Section 9: Trip Payments Disclaimer RideMyRoot is not responsible or liable for any payments made by riders to any third party or individual for trips. All financial transactions or agreements made outside the platform are strictly between the rider and the respective party. Riders are strongly advised not to make payments to anyone on behalf of RideMyRoot or for trip organization without direct communication and authorization. If you have concerns about payments or trip organization, please contact RideMyRoot support.

Section 10: Termination Termination by Us RideMyRoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service.

Termination by You You can terminate your account at any time by notifying us or by ceasing to use the Service. Termination will not affect any obligations that arose before the termination date.

Section 11: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

Section 12: Miscellaneous Severability If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

Section 13: Medical ID Tag Disclaimer
RideMyRoot provides Medical ID tags as a part of its services to enhance rider safety. However, it is the sole responsibility of the user or rider to ensure that all relevant information—including but not limited to medical details, insurance coverage, and emergency contact person details—is accurately and completely filled out within the platform.

RideMyRoot shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any mishappening, delay, or lack of response resulting from incomplete or missing information on a Medical ID tag.

Furthermore, RideMyRoot is not liable for any failure in accessing or retrieving such information in emergency situations due to internet unavailability, server downtime, technical malfunctions, or any similar reasons. Users acknowledge that uninterrupted access to such data cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Entire Agreement These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between you and RideMyRoot regarding your use of the Service.
