- Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Locations and Rates
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship outside of India at this time.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping charge of Rs. 50 for all orders within India.
- Shipping Calculation: For specific shipping charges, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address.
- Shipping for International Orders
At this time, RideMyRoot.com does not offer physical shipping to locations outside India. If an international customer places an order, it will be processed as a downloadable product. You will not be charged for shipping, but instead, you will receive access to the product or content through downloadable links sent via email.
- Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
For customers within a 20 km radius of our primary location, we offer free local delivery for orders over Rs. 500.
- Delivery Timing: Deliveries will occur during standard business hours. You will receive a text message on the day of delivery at the phone number provided at checkout, notifying you of the expected delivery time.
- In-Store Pickup: If you are located within the designated pickup area, you can opt for free in-store pickup. Orders will be prepared and ready for pickup within 4 to 5 business days after processing. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.
- How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ridemyroot.com with your order number, and we will assist you.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address for shipping, we may need to contact you to request a different address for delivery. Please ensure you provide a valid address when placing your order.
- Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following:
- Returns: We accept returns for unused items within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ridemyroot.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.
